AN INTERESTING SPANISH OMELETTE

We all know that Mario really enjoys eating: he spends every break having a sandwich or eating an apple (you know, 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away'). But what we didn't know is that he also likes cooking: have a look at this interesting way of cooking an Spanish omelette.

This recipe is perfect for dinner.

Name of recipe: Spanish omelette
First, put oil in a fraying pan and leave for five minutes.
Then add eggs into the frying pan with the oil.
After that add cheese, ham, onions and potatoes and leave for five minutes.
Finally, serve on the table with some bread, and for the dessert chocolate, milk and oranges.

-Potatoes

Peel, wash and chop the potatoes into small chunks. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the potatoes until golden. Beat the eggs, lightly salt and add potatoes. Mix and leave to settle for a couple of minutes. Pour the mixture into the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes. Cook for 3 minutes on the other side, turning with the help of a plate over the frying pan. Serve hot or cold, as tapas.
